Lushy: Our Tissue Box Bandit

In our Paws & People series, we share stories of pets and their families. First up, Diya Jojo shares one of coolest things about her pet Shih Tzu, Lushy!

Say hello to Lushy, the little adventurer with a heart as big as her curiosity. She's not just any Shih Tzu; she's family. Lushy's been with us since she was a mere two-month-old fluffball, and now, at the age of two, she's become an integral part of our lives.

But here's the thing – Lushy is not your ordinary dog. She's got a thing for tissue boxes! It all started one day when we innocently placed a tissue box on the dining table. Little did we know that our furry friend was already planning her grand heist.

With the grace and agility of a circus performer, Lushy leaped onto a stool, right beside the dining chair. It was as if she had been secretly studying Parkour! Then, she hopped onto the dining chair, her eyes fixed on the coveted tissue box.

In a flash, the tissue box was in her paws, and our home was transformed into a whirlwind of white fluff. We became characters in our own real-life 'Tom and Jerry' show, trying to catch our tissue-loving bandit. But Lushy was having the time of her life, making every corner of the house her playground.

It's in moments like these that we truly appreciate her petite size. Her ability to maneuver through tables and chairs in pursuit of her treasure reminds us of the unique bond we share with our pets. It's the mischievous adventures, the laughter, and even the mess that make our lives fuller and our hearts warmer.
