The Silliest Thing About my pet, Chipper

My name is Cressida Wesley, and my best friend is Chipper. This loyal and friendly pup— with his thick black fur and distinctive white paw—joined our family on a road trip to Mysore in 2017. We're not quite sure how old he is, but we've shared six wonderful years filled with pampering and adventures.

One of Chipper's most endearing (and hilarious) quirks is the way he acts out his dreams while sleeping. I'll never forget the first time I heard him whimpering and barking softly at night. Worried, I switched on the light and discovered that he was deep in a doggy dream. His paws twitched like he was sprinting across an imaginary field! It was such a silly sight, and I couldn't help but laugh. Of course, moments later, he wet the bed like a puppy.

Maybe not the funniest part, but it sure highlights how vividly dogs can dream.
